In western countries, people relate yoga practices to attain physical fitness technique and to get relief from stress

Mission of the actual Yoga and meditation are beyond these beliefs

People who practices the true yoga practices and meditation taught by true saints will certainly help to attain the Soul Peace, which is the ultimate goal of human birth

Yoga and Meditation practices of Today`s Modern world

Present Yoga and Meditation practices which gives only temporary relief

I have been to more than ten masters, learned and practised many yoga and meditation practices.

  • From my own experience, I have come to know that, through the Yoga practices taught by today`s masters gives good blood circulation and some hours of refreshment feel to the brain and other parts of the body. That’s all

     

  • But, unfortunately after few hours everything gets back to its earlier state. 

The Yoga practices of today`s masters gives this kind of temporary mind relaxation only

  • Though Yoga and meditation
    are practiced for years, when we stop the practices both mind and body get back
    to its earlier state.

     

  • Hence, it`s very clear that, through these practices, we can never attain the permanent soul
    peace    .

All Vedas say that, only through Human birth, a soul can reach the highest stage of soul evolution and eventually attain the ultimate soul peace

  • This state of ultimate soul peace is also known in various names such as ‘‘Soul salvation, Soul deliverance, Eternal bliss, Liberation”… Etc
  • Only a Soul that has not
    attainted the state of peace is experiencing all sorts of sufferings and
    sorrows.     

Through the current Yoga and meditation practices taught by my masters, I was unable to attain the state of Soul peace as mentioned in Vedas

  • I was especially attracted towards Shirdi Sai Baba and had a deep longing that I did not live during the period of Shirdi Sai Baba

  • Shirdi Sai Baba proved that He was a Saint blessed by God.

  • He said, ‘‘I will be out of this body.  Three days later, I will be back into this body”.  Saying so, he did the miracle in front of people proving that he was the Saint who had got God`s grace. 

At last, I started searching if there are any saint like Shirdi Sai Baba living in this world. 

Though I was searching with all the love and intelligence given by God, I was unable to find a true living saint like Shirdi Sai Baba. 

So every day, I tearfully prayed to the true saint, Shirdi Sai Baba, to show me a saint like him. 

The Saint SHIRDI SAIBABA who attracted me

  • அவர் சொன்னது போல் அங்கு சென்ற போது ஒரு குருவை கண்டேன்.
  • மற்ற கமர்ஷியல் குரு போல் இல்லாமல் இவர் மிகவும் வித்தியாசமாக இருந்தார்.
  •  மற்ற குருமார்கள் போல் இல்லாமல் முதலில் தான் ஒரு ஆத்ம ஷாந்தி நிலையை அடைந்த சித்த புருஷன் என்பதை நிரூபித்தார். 
  • மிகவும் ஆச்சர்யப்படத்தக்க மற்றும் சிந்திக்க வேண்டிய விஷயம் யாதெனில் அவர் காண்பித்த அனைத்து அத்தாட்சிகளுக்கும் வேதங்களில் சொல்லப்பட்டிருந்தது. 
  • அவர் தந்த சாட்சியங்களை நம்பி தான் ஒரு ஆத்ம ஷாந்தி நிலையை அடைந்தவன் என நம்பிக்கை ஏற்பட்டால் மட்டுமே மேற்கொண்டு தன்னை பின் தொடரலாம் என அவர் கூறினார். 
  • பொதுவாக இன்றைய கமர்ஷியல் குருமார்கள் தான் தெரிந்துள்ள அரைகுறை ஞானத்தை வைத்து விளம்பரம் செய்கின்றனர்.  அவர்கள் உண்மையான ஆத்ம ஷாந்தியை பற்றி பேசுவதே இல்லை.

By the grace of God, the saint whom Shirdi Sai Baba had shown me in my dream is the one whom I met at last

Unlike others, he is the only person who said, ‘‘I became Saint because of the Grace of God” and showed evidences from all Vedas, in support to his statement

Also he said, ‘‘Instead of preaching the steps to attain soul peace, if I prove you that I am a person, who had attained Soul peace by the Grace of God, you will gain more faith in me

If you have truly searched for a Saint who had attained soul peace, you wouldn’t have wasted your days in practicing many unnecessary and vain practices

Because, you can get the ways to get soul peace only through a Saint, who attained soul peace.  First and foremost, based on the evidences shown by me, if you believe me as a Saint, you can start your Journey as my disciple

நான் இறைவனுடைய தொடர்பை பெற்று ஆத்மா ஷாந்தி அடைந்தவன் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரங்களை வேதங்கள் மூலம் காட்டுகிறேன்

என்ன செயதால் ஆத்ம ஷாந்தி கிடைக்கும் என்று முதலில் நான் சொல்வதை விட, நான் ஆத்ம ஷாந்தி அடைந்தவன் என நிரூபித்தால், என் மேல் உங்களுக்கு நம்பிக்கை வரும்.

ஆனால் இன்றைய மனிதர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர், ஆத்ம சாந்தி அடைந்த மகானை தேடுப்பதற்கு பதிலாக, ஆத்ம சாந்தி அடைய தேவையான பயிற்சிகள் தேடி அலைகிறார்கள்.

நீங்கள், உண்மையில் ஆத்ம ஷாந்தி அடைந்த ஒரு மகானை தேடியிருந்தால் பல தேவையற்ற வீணான பயிற்சிகளில் உங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை வீணடித்திருக்கமாட்டீர்கள். 

ஆத்ம ஷாந்தி அடைவதற்கான பயிற்சிகளை / ஞானத்தை / வழியை பிறகு பார்க்கலாம்.  முதலில், நான் காட்டும் சாட்சிகளின் அடிப்படையில் நான் ஒரு மகான் என்று நம்பினால் என்னுடைய சீடனாக பயணத்தை தொடங்கலாம்” என்று கூறினார்

ஆனால், இறைவன் அருளால் ஷீரடி சாய்பாபாவால் கனவில் காட்டப்பட்ட நான் கடைசியாக சந்தித்த குருவான இவர் மட்டும்

நான் இறைவனுடைய தொடர்பை பெற்று ஆத்மா ஷாந்தி அடைந்தவன் என்பதற்கான ஆதாரங்களை வேதங்கள் வழி காட்டுகிறேன்

I found his words to be trustworthy.

  • Only a doctor can guide another person to become a doctor
  • Only a carpenter can guide another person to become a carpenter.
  • Only a Tablist can guide
    another person to become a Tablist    .

Likewise, only a person who
has attained soul peace can alone guide another person to attain soul peace. 

On this basis, I accepted him as my guru and have been leading a life as per his guidance. 

By living as per the words of this Saint shown by Shirdi Sai Baba, I believe that I can experience the soul peace in due course of time

Today without attaining the sainthood stage, many teach yoga and meditation classes by claiming themselves as a Saint and are earning money

In this situation, we should certainly ask them whether they had attained the soul peace through the practices what they teach to others.  If the Guru shows you concrete evidences that he has attained soul peace through the practices what he teaches to others, then you can follow them

If the Guru who preaches the yoga practice has not yet attained the soul peace, then how can the students attain the ultimate soul peace?

I gained this knowledge from the saint whom I finally met through the guidance of Shirdi Sai Baba. 

All his preaching are very practical and can be followed easily by all sorts of people

A true Saint will never sell these practices to the worthy people for money and materials. 

A true saint, like Krishna, Jesus Christ, Prophet Muhammad, Shirdi Sai Baba, etc.… will guide people to reach God and live with soul peace beyond the material needs

But, when I start practicing the yoga practices preached by my guru who has attained soul peace, I can certainly feel some notable changes such as steady mind and good behavioural changes in me.

Now I am able to experience depression & disappoint free life. A strong faith has also developed in me that I shall attain soul peace by continuously following his guidance
